Ms. Noel has been a paralegal with Aldrich & Bonnefin, P.L.C. since 1991 and is currently Vice President of the Bankers’ Compliance Group, Inc. In that capacity she consults on Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and related regulatory compliance matters, including assessment area delineation, CRA data collection, reporting and analysis as well as CRA and HMDA training and auditing. She also assists clients in drafting policies and procedures manuals. With over 17 years of experience in community banking, Ms. Noel contributes her extensive knowledge in both consumer lending and operations matters.
