Ms. Robertson joined the firm in June 2004 as an Associate Attorney in the Consumer Practice Group specializing in all areas of consumer lending and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Robertson obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. Admitted to the California State Bar in 2003, she is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her bachelor's degree from California State University at Fullerton where she majored in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and a Minor in Spanish.
Ms. Robertson has over 16 years experience in real estate and consumer lending, working with mortgage companies and banks in all aspects of lending, including government, conventional and CRA loans. In addition, as a part of the Community Reinvestment Act program she conducted home-buying seminars in Spanish to assist first time home-buyers. While attending law school, she worked as a bilingual Senior Consumer Credit Officer at Bank of America responsible for credit decisions nationwide.
Ms. Robertson is a member of the State Bar of California , the American Bar Association (Business Law Section), the Orange County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Ms. Robertson was born and raised in the Panama Canal Zone and speaks Spanish fluently.
